Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences aligned with luxury maison service standards
* Build and nurture long‐term client relationships through strong clienteling and follow‐up strategies
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and boutique KPIs
* Drive high‐value sales through consultative storytelling and product expertise
* Develop and maintain an active VIP client portfolio, supporting private appointments and events
* Demonstrate deep knowledge of jewellery collections, craftsmanship, and brand heritage
* Support boutique operations, visual merchandising standards, and daily floor excellence
* Act as a role‐model within the team, contributing to a collaborative and high‐performance boutique culture
* Luxury jewellery sales experience is preferred, or strong luxury candidates who have formerly sold high‐value jewellery
