Job Overview
This role is a key opportunity to drive growth and deliver results. You will be working closely with the Sales Team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business growth opportunities in the defined market, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, and building and managing a sales pipeline to achieve targets.
In addition, you will support local marketing and technical campaigns as needed, and work collaboratively with customers to deliver specialized rigging equipment solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous Business Development Manager or Sales experience, preferably in mining or heavy machinery industries
* A proactive and ambitious mindset to build upon existing presence
* The ability to foster meaningful customer relationships and communicate effectively
* A forward-thinking approach to develop solution-oriented outcomes
* An Australian driver's license
