Key Responsibilities:
* Greet clients and answer incoming calls, directing them accordingly.
* Support sales, property management, and marketing teams as needed.
* Work independently or in a team-based environment.
* Handle mail, couriers, and general typing tasks.
* Update client databases and manage diaries.
* Provide research assistance, compile data, and prepare reports.
* Maintain reception, boardroom, and kitchen areas.
Requirements:
* Proficient in Microsoft packages, strong attention to detail, and organisational skills.
* Previous real estate administration experience essential.
* Able to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
You will be the face of our business, requiring excellent communication skills, friendliness, and a bubbly attitude towards clients.
