We combine agility, diverse perspectives, technical expertise, and technology to deliver exceptional value through strategic and effective solutions with strong governance.We seek a skilled and motivated Manager/Senior Manager to join our Private Corporate Tax Advisory team. This role involves working directly with clients, building relationships, and leading teams to deliver top-tier tax advisory services, including work with entrepreneurs, private equity-owned companies, and founder-led businesses.This position is based in Warrang – Sydney. We offer flexible working arrangements, including reduced hours; please discuss options with us.Your key responsibilitiesProvide comprehensive tax advisory services, including advice on Australian tax laws, strategic planning, structuring for inbound/outbound groups, and post-deal taxation for acquisitions.Guide on tax corporate governance policies and review corporate income tax returns.Serve as a primary contact for clients, managing service delivery and fostering strong relationships through effective communication.Collaborate with Partners on market development initiatives to grow the business.What we look forExperience in Corporate Tax Advisory and Compliance, preferably from a top-tier accounting firm or consulting environment.Technical knowledge related to trusts and private companies.Experience managing junior staff and their development.Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.Additional skills that are desirable include:Strong commercial awareness.Excellent numerical and analytical skills.What we offer youAt EY, we foster a diverse and inclusive culture of globally connected teams.
