 
        
        Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group are looking for experienced Central Reservations Agents to join our central reservations team in Perth. 
Working directly with the Central Reservations Manager, you will be responsible all reservations for our 4 Perth based restaurants.Being the first point of contact with our guests, our agents should want to make a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable first impression. 
Key tasks: 
Ensuring all reservations are handled promptly and recorded accurately and provide productive and professional service to all guests 
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all stores and promotions 
Maintaining brand knowledge and current with restaurant operational requirements in relation to reservations management ie, seating times, minimum spends etc 
Provide exceptional customer service and communication. Listening to guests in order to understand their needs and offer tailored options for reservations, 
Respond to all guest feedback 
Be knowledgeable of the brand loyalty program and provide appropriate benefits to our current and future members.

What we are looking for: 
A Team player with high level of initiative and the ability to work autonomously 
Previous reservations management experience within restaurant essential. 
Excellent communication, attention to detail, administration and time management skills 
Current RSA qualification or the ability to obtain is essential
