We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual, ready to take the next steps in their career as an Educator at our brand-new centre in Mandogalup.
We welcome applications from those with a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or those working towards a Diploma.
We also recognise ACECQA approved equivalency for these roles.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators to craft a safe, engaging and enriching environment where children thrive.
Deliver day-to-day care, supervision, and education, while playing an active role in sharing the daily schedule to spark curiosity and learning.
Cultivating meaningful and respective connections with children, families, and the broader community, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all.
What you bring to the table:
A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, or working towards, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent.
A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Education and Care Regulations.
A warm and caring personality.
Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children and families through excellent communication skills.
A current First Aid certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance (or the ability to obtain at onboarding).
