Salary: $97,401 - $115,820 (plus 15.4% superannuation)

About the role
We're seeking a motivated individual to support our Digital, Data and Technology (DD&T;) Business Partnering team. This entry‑level role offers a fantastic opportunity to build foundational experience in Business Partnering while delivering timely, effective and collaborative operational People & Culture (P&C;) advice and administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Support the DD&T; Business Partner team with system development, implementation, and maintenance.
- Initiate new hire requests via Springboard using data from recruitment systems.
- Draft and refine position descriptions in collaboration with Business and Strategic Partners.
- Coordinate weekly recruitment meetings and keep stakeholders updated.
- Chair recruitment leadership meetings and manage approval communications.
- Provide admin support including reporting, document handling, and workflow coordination.
- Act as a key contact for the RegistryConnect Program, supporting delivery through reporting and communication.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Use P&C; systems accurately to enhance team communication and data sharing.
- Compile and present data from various sources in clear, actionable formats.
- Identify and support improvements in Business Partnering priorities.
- Perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks to assist Business and Strategic Partners.
What you bring
- Proactive and detail‑oriented, with strong organisational skills.
- Comfortable coordinating recruitment, drafting position descriptions and supporting program delivery.
- Experience in generalist or operational HR, with strengths in stakeholder engagement, high‑volume tasks, people analytics and process improvement.
- Skilled in researching and interpreting complex information, communicating it clearly.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify patterns, trends and risks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenter.
- Adaptable and forward‑thinking, proactive approach to change.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Advanced IT and reporting skills, including Excel; HRIS experience highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
