The Role Description
Solutions focused professional that will cultivate excellent relationships with our current customers and introduce new customers. Closely working with customers and purchasing team on customer forecasting to ensure customer due dates are meet.
We are solution providers so a high degree on product knowledge will be required to ensure we maximise every sale.
Responsibility:
· Can-do attitude to drive sales. Able to pivot quickly to ensure we maximise every growth opportunity.
· Exceptional communicator, both verbal and written
· Professionally communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
· Key Account Management of a diverse client base.
· Key account product forecasting to ensure customer deadlines are meet.
· Meet customer budgets.
· Product Knowledge – enable every sale to be maximised.
· Generate new business – Networking, company supplied leads, etc.
· Customer reports and presentations.
Skills & Experience:
· Solutions focused professional.
· Proven Key Account Manager experience
· Relationship builder
· Excellent Communication – Written, Verbal, Webchat, phone
· Ability to identify and deliver sales opportunities.
· Customer forecasting.
· Microsoft Suite – Intermediate level
· Multitasking with fantastic time management
