What you'll be doing The Sales Consultant is a specialised role aimed at increasing overall revenue through the sale of Reapit products and services (specifically CRM & Website software) to new clients.
The employee is to utilise their skills in the below areas to prospect, demonstrate the product, negotiate and ultimately sell the Reapit suite of products to new clients.
Proven sales skills and experience Demonstrate intuition to identify sales opportunities Excellent personal presentation and ability to build rapport Detailed administrative capabilities Lead identification and creation through strategic marketing, outbound/pro-active engagement and relationship building Ability to work as part of a modern, innovative team environment It is expected that through the above skills the employee will not only sell Reapit services but create a platform for success for the client through setting correct expectations and communicating clearly with internal teams to ensure they get the most out of their time at Reapit.

Desirable experience: Minimum of 5 years in SaaS sales roles Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing or sales role within tech sales with demonstrable outstanding customer service skills A motivated self-starter who embraces technology and innovation Demonstrable negotiation abilities Proven ability to identify and resolve problems through active listening, effective elicitation of information and refined problem-solving abilities Highly organised with proficiency in multi-tasking and adaptability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrable conflict resolution skills Comfortable with presenting internally and externally on client sites What your impact and success looks like As a Sales Consultant, we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:

Portfolio growth plans being built Building external relationships Call cycles and potential customer profiles being built New clients being added to your portfolio and product upsells being incorporated Expanding product knowledge & participating in knowledge share discussions Maintaining records and data as required in the company CRM Within 6 months:
