Job Title
We are seeking a talented and skilled Chef to join our culinary team at the Venue. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes using fresh local ingredients.
Key Responsibilities
 * Preparing and cooking various dishes in all areas of the production or service kitchen.
 * Ensuring correctly wrapped, labelled, and stored items.
 * Working with senior kitchen teams to prepare modern Australian and international dishes adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
 * Catering to guests' dietary requirements.
 * Maintaining food, health, and hygiene standards daily.
Qualifications
 * Chef – Certificate III, IV, or Diploma in Commercial Cookery (SIT30813) or similar.
 * A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or above.
 * Experience in conference and banquet kitchens, particularly high-volume events.
 * Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
