Reporting to the Directors and Practice Manager, the overall purpose of the role will be to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to the patients & practitioners across our multiple locations. This role will offer you plenty of variety and the opportunity to work with a great team and workplace culture.
Key responsibilities include:
* Greeting clients with a warm and professional demeanour
* Managing patient bookings and schedules
* Handling queries and requests in person, over the phone, and via email
* Processing billing, invoicing, and other administrative tasks
* Maintaining an organised and welcoming reception area
* Supporting allied health practitioners and assisting the Practice Manager as needed
* Ensuring the smooth daily operation of the clinic using strong time management and multitasking skills
We are looking to fill 2x part time roles, Monday to Friday, shifts will fall between the hours of 7:45AM and 7:15PM and will be across both our Mannum and Mount Barker locations.

Your key to success will be your customer service experience and desire to help people reach their health goals. PracSuite software and Allied Health experience is highly desirable but not essential.

Mandatory Requirements include:
* Current DCSI Working with Children Check
* National Police clearance within past 6 months
