We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Solutions Analyst - Physical Security to join our PCYC Queensland Digital Solutions Group Team, to help maintain core business applications. This role will be based out of PCYC Logan Youth Club. If you have experience working in a Solutions Analyst role and are keen to provide expert advice while contributing to implementing continuous improvements, then we want to hear from you!

Your New Role
Reporting to the Solutions Analyst Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the effective delivery and performance of facilities services across the organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring systems operate efficiently, issues are managed promptly, and continuous improvement initiatives are progressed. About You
* Class 1 Security Licence
* 3 years' experience with the maintenance, support and optimisation of core business application associated with facilities systems
* Ability to work a rotating 7 - day roster to respond to after hour calls or emergencies
* Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of administration work with excellent attention to detail
* High level communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Unrestricted driver's license
