About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Center Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Learning Center in Brooklyn, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and has strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

* Operational Support: Manage multiple phone lines, create and maintain weekly schedules for students and employees, and manage accounts receivable.

* Sales Team Assistance: Provide general information about Lindamood-Bell services, schedule appointments, and assist with marketing events.

* Problem-Solving: Develop relationships with students and parents, model the Lindamood-Bell culture of customer service, and problem-solve obstacles to instruction.

Requirements:

* Education and Experience: Associate's degree required, bachelor's degree preferred, minimum 2-3 years experience in a fast-paced office environment.

* Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and experience handling complex calendaring and scheduling.
