Your Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Care Consultant to join our team in Carole Park QLD, where you'll provide exceptional service to our growing customer base.

In this rewarding role, you will proactively seek solutions that benefit both our customers and our business. Our supportive management and team will empower you to enhance your customer service skills, investigate issues and escalations, and apply your problem-solving techniques to achieve quick and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to Blackwoods customers via telephone, email, and other business systems.
* Respond to Customer Requests: Respond promptly to customer requests, take ownership of inquiries, and find quick resolutions.
* Understand Customer Needs: Understand our customers' sales history to identify service needs and pursue upsell opportunities when available.
* Built Relationships with Clients: Build relationships with clients and stay updated with processes and procedures to deliver tailored solutions.
* Inform Customers about New Products and Services: Inform customers about new product ranges and services where applicable.

What We're Looking For:

* Customer-Centric Mindset: A customer and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to think creatively to achieve results.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently within a small team.
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Microsoft and/or Cloud-based CRM programs.
* Clear Verbal and Written Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills.
