Business Administrator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to manage day-to-day operations in our office.

* Main Responsibilities:
* Organize files for court proceedings, manage data entry, and maintain accurate records.
* Provide administrative support, including document preparation, communication management, and reception duties.
* Liaise with legal professionals, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless operations.
* Maintain compliance with relevant policies, legislation, and ethical standards.

Key Requirements:

* Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work independently.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) with excellent typing speed.
* Excellent communication skills, professional phone manner, and experience with switchboard operations.
