About the Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as an Infrastructure Deployment Project Manager. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure deployment projects within budget and to agreed timeframes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams to achieve results.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various levels of staff, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and partnership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
