Community Support Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Community Support Coordinator to lead our team in delivering community-based social supports.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and management of a support team, designing and delivering new programs and services that support the acquisition of new skills and experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team to design and deliver community-based social supports
* Develop and manage community access participant supports
* Implement support plans and manage resources, including rostering frontline staff
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Certificate IV in Individual Support and/or Leadership, or equivalent and relevant experience
* Current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and willingness to undertake travel
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
* NDS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' completion
