Executive Assistant – Chief Risk Officer
Support the Chief Risk Officer and their team at Macquarie Asset Management.
Responsibilities
* Manage complex calendars, organise travel, handle expense claims, onboard and offboard staff, and other ad‐hoc projects.
* Coordinate team events and meetings with senior internal and external stakeholders.
* Proactively anticipate the needs of the executives you support.
Qualifications
* Experience managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and Zoom calls across multiple time zones.
* Expertise in booking and scheduling domestic and complex international travel, including coordination of approvals and preparation of itineraries.
* Highly organised with excellent time‐management skills, able to work well under pressure and manage a busy workload, conflicting priorities and deadlines effectively.
* Excellent communication, planning and problem‐solving skills, coupled with strong stakeholder management.
* Flexible, positive, can‐do attitude and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills and high attention to detail.
