**The Role**
Focusing on originating new business as well as developing and nurturing existing key relationships, you will build your business contacts with organisations ranging from SME's to large corporates. A combination of direct recruiting, business development and account management skills are required for this position.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and developing new contacts within new and existing businesses
- Consulting and offering solutions to clients regarding the acquisition of talent
- Structuring your day to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly individual sales targets and metrics.
- Collaborating with the rest of the office to promote cross-sell opportunities
- Ideally you will already be in the recruitment industry and have a tenured background focused on technology or accounting recruitment. Alternatively you will be a sales professional who is commercially focused with an interest in recruitment and business development.
