We are seeking a committed 1st year Pastry chef apprentice to join our team.

* Have a keen interest in baking quality products including cakes, pastry and working with recipes from scratch (no pre-mixes).

* You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
This is a full-time position, which will involve some evening shifts and weekend work, so a flexible approach to working hours is required. Own transport is essential for late finishes/early morning starts.
