About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Senior Product Solutions Manager to lead and grow our utility business across Australia.
This is a national role focused on driving revenue growth, developing strong client and partner relationships, and managing complex, high-value sales opportunities. You'll work closely with Sales, internal engineering and delivery teams to provide tailored solar and energy solutions for utility customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead utility-scale product and solution sales activities across Australia
* Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing complex, high-value project opportunities
* Support key account management for utility customers, developers and EPC partners
* Develop pricing strategies, commercial proposals, and value propositions aligned with market needs
* Act as the technical-commercial expert for utility-scale solar products and system solutions
* Develop tailored solutions including modules, system design concepts, BOS considerations, and performance optimization
* Support bid and tender processes, including technical documentation, compliance, and solution optimization
* Provide product positioning and feedback to internal product and R&D teams based on market requirements
Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, consultants, and industry stakeholders
* Collaborate with internal engineering, delivery, and after-sales teams to ensure successful project execution
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
Professional Experience & QualificationsExperience
* 7+ years' experience in utility-scale solar, renewable energy, or power infrastructure
* Strong background in sales, product management, or solutions engineering for large-scale projects
* Proven track record managing complex sales cycles and high-value contracts
* Experience working with EPCs, developers, utilities, or IPPs
Technical & Commercial Skills
* Strong understanding of utility-scale PV systems, module technology, and system performance
* Ability to translate technical concepts into clear commercial value for customers
* Experience with tenders, bids, and contract negotiations
* Solid commercial acumen with strong financial and risk awareness
