Job Requirements
* 5+ years in project management and/or business analysis roles
* Proven experience delivering IT and business transformation projects
* Strong understanding of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, E‐Commerce platforms)
* Experience working with third‐party vendors and system integrators
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Experience in fashion, retail, or luxury industries is a plus
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
Job Responsibilities

* Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and business transformation projects
* Conducting business analysis and process mapping to define current and future state workflows
* Facilitating discovery workshops with stakeholders across retail, finance, logistics, and e‐commerce
* Developing business cases, project charters, and detailed project plans
* Managing vendor relationships and ensuring alignment with internal IT strategy
* Tracking project milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies
* Embedding change management and user adoption strategies into project delivery
