Job Description
The Public Trustee and Guardian for the ACT promotes and supports the rights, interests, and life decisions of our clients to deliver excellent trustee outcomes for the community. We perform a range of functions and deliver services under various legislation, working closely with other ACT Government agencies and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and coach the Decision-Making Support Services teams to promote a high-performance culture.
* Deliver high-quality, innovative client services across day-to-day operations.
* Collaborate with senior directors on human resources management within the Decision-Making Support teams and support the Public Trustee and Guardian in managing financial resources.
Eligibility/Other Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline are highly desirable.
