**About the role**:
Reception and administrative duties; meeting and greeting guests in a prompt and professional manner.
Key responsibilities:
- Operating the switchboard
- Sorting and distributing internal and external mail
- Ordering and replenishing office stationary / kitchen supplies
- Coordinate meeting room bookings
- Prepare coffee/tea for guests attending meetings in boardrooms
- Organising courier services
- Various admin tasks
- Operate with absolute discretion and confidentiality
**Skills and experience**:
You will ideally be a polished, capable and experienced professional who is resilient and proactive.
- Demonstrated experience working in an office environment in a reception / administrative capacity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective relationships across all levels
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package
- Organised and methodical with outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to anticipate needs
