About the Role
Maintenance Leading Hands are responsible for leading teams and undertaking maintenance repairs on equipment and machinery as directed by maintenance managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading teams in a fast-paced environment
* Undertaking routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is functioning optimally
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to work independently, and have experience with maintaining complex machinery. A high level of physical fitness is also required due to the physically demanding nature of this role. We are looking for someone who can take initiative, problem-solve effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
