Job Description
We're on the lookout for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Mandurah team, you will thrive in a multidisciplinary environment and be passionate about making a real difference in people's lives.
You will have the opportunity to tailor your caseload to your strengths and interests, with the freedom to work with paediatrics, adults, or a mixed caseload.
What keeps things interesting is the mix of metro and regional work options. You'll have the opportunity to work across different settings and communities, giving you real variety in how you deliver support and the participants you work with.
For those who enjoy a bit of travel, there are also optional FIFO opportunities to Kalgoorlie, Geraldton and Port Hedland, a great way to broaden your experience with travel and accommodation organised and supported by our team!

Your Role
As an OT in our team, you'll make a meaningful difference through:
* Managing a caseload that aligns with your areas of interest
* Conducting clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions
* Developing individualised, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions
* Providing environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces and residential settings
* Recommending and facilitating Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence
* Staying compliant with current legislation and NDIS guidelines
* Working collaboratively within a supportive, multidisciplinary team
Qualifications
* Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* A proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow
* A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* An interest in pediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area (let's tailor it together!)
