This is not a role for someone \"wanting to step up.\"
We are specifically looking for a proven operator with strong local experience running multi-residential projects.
We are partnering with a highly regarded builder delivering quality multi-residential developments across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Description
* Coordinating trades, supervisors, and foremen
* Driving programme and site productivity
* Ensuring safety, quality, and delivery targets are met
* Managing projects from excavation/basement stage through to handover
* Maintaining strong communication with project teams and stakeholders
Profile
* Proven experience delivering units, townhouses, or multi-residential projects
* Successfully managed projects from basement to completion
* Strong experience overseeing trades, foremen, and site supervisors
* Solid understanding of local construction processes and subcontractor networks
* Previous experience working within the Brisbane or Gold Coast market
* Must have QBCC license and own vehicle
