* To support and assist a team of Strata Managers, you will receive guidance from experienced professionals.
* This role involves Strata administration ad-hoc duties and providing assistance with managing repairs and maintenance for Bodies Corporates.
* A comprehensive training program is available to ensure that you are well-equipped to handle tasks and processes that you may not be familiar with.
Key Qualifications and Skills Required
* You should have at least 6 months experience in Body Corporate or relevant transferrable skills across Real Estate or Property sectors.
* A strong willingness to learn and a can-do attitude is essential for this role.
* You should possess the ability to draft clear and concise correspondence.
* You must be able to work efficiently to deadlines and demonstrate excellent presentation skills.
* In addition, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
