About the role
As a Relief Hotel Manager based in Sydney, you will enjoy the variety of working across our brands and between a number of hotels across Sydney and ACT. With no two days being the same, you will oversee all the hotel operations and supervise various other divisions in the hotel.
We're looking for someone who loves to travel, who is independent, customer focussed, and has previous managerial experience handling hotel operations. You will be centrally employed by TFE hotels, all travel expenses will be paid including housing and meals.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Motivation and direction of the Team
- Overseeing all operating departments including Front office, Food & Beverage, Conferencing, Maintenance and Housekeeping teams
- Setting industry benchmarks for guest service and satisfaction
- Effective cost control
For this role, we are looking for a Hotel superstar able to demonstrate the following:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Hotel Management
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- A proven record of achievement in a similar Management role
- Proven skills in Rooms Division, Food & Beverage and Revenue Management.

This position will require a change savvy individual with the ability to travel to different locations throughout the Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong and ACT regions. The successful applicant will be able to live both on and off site whilst fulfilling their duties.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
