**What will you be doing in this role**:
Supporting a team of four experienced agents this role will manage each campaigns from appraisals to settlement along with some ad hoc PA tasks. Each day will be varied and there is plenty of opportunity to liaise with clients, suppliers, work to deadlines and use your creative flair.
- Book photographers, floor plan and copy appointments
- Coordinate stylists, access to properties and quotes
- Prepare appraisal letters and follow up communication
- Complete agency agreements and order contracts
- Manage sales file compliance
- Book marketing and approval collateral with Vendors
- Prepare open home and auction packs
- Execute exchange letters and prepare for settlement
- Coordinate settlement gifts
- Database management
- Prepare vendor reports
- Manage DL card preparation and coordination to be delivered
- Immaculate presentation
- A current certificate of registration or real estate licence
- Confident phone manner and communication
- A passion for real estate and a long-term career
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- Tech savvy and willing to learn new programs
- 12 + months experience in a similar role
- Solid understanding of the sales process
