About the role As part of the Customer Service Officer team, you will be the face of Parks Victoria to greet visitors. Part of your daily responsibilities, you will be assisting customers in their enquiries, checking in guest staying in the park, campground patrols, answering incoming calls and responding to emails. Customer Services Officers work at different work locations within the park including the visitor centre and general store in Tidal River, Yanakie entrance station and the Wilsons Promontory Lightstation. The lightstation requires a 3 km walk to get to the site and to stay overnight for multiple nights. Customer Service Officers provide lighthouse tours, housekeeping of the cottages and grounds at the lightstation precinct.
