Role Summary
To support our growth-focused approach, we are seeking a Business Development Manager, Bulk Industrial, CO2 & Dry Ice to join the Sales team, based in Beenleigh. This role offers a high level of autonomy and accountability for development, growth and market share in and around the Beenleigh region.

Responsibilities
- Assist in achieving targeted growth by signing up new customers.
- Build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs and develop a detailed prospect list on selected markets.
- Maximize relationships with existing clients, particularly Bulk CO2 / Dry Ice, plus the complimentary sales of other products.
- Ensure ongoing management and renewal of Service and Supply contracts.
- Establish new business development strategies.
- Ensure all new bulk / dry ice / cylinder installations comply with applicable legislation, regulations, and company policies & procedures.
- Provide technical sales / information support to internal staff and customers.
- Assist with delivery support if required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Account Management experience.
- Proven ability to convert business through cold calling techniques.
- Experience in a similar role within the LPG industry is advantageous, with knowledge of Bulk Cryogenic Liquids (e.g., CO2, LIN, LOX).
- Relevant trade certifications (e.g., welding, fitting, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, maintenance) are well regarded.
- High level of customer management with strong communication skills.
- A positive, enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic.
- An understanding of safety and compliance within the LPG industry.
- National Police Check and Demerit Points Statement required prior to commencement.
