We are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our team at our Station Street Office, Penrith.
This position is responsible for providing excellent frontline reception and administration support for a multidisciplinary team located within Community Mental Health Services.
The successful candidate will bring qualities including being organised and able to effectively manage their time and workload, being an excellent communicator, both in writing and verbally, as well as being a team player while maintaining confidentiality and privacy wherever necessary.

What You Will Bring To The Role
Demonstrated clerical experience with the ability to work under minimal supervision.Demonstrated sound organisational and time management skills.Demonstrated sound written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Demonstrated experience using windows-based software including databases and experience in using MS Word and Excel.Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of confidentiality and privacy and commitment to maintain confidentiality.Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to workplace change.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
