A System Engineer / Specialist Technician position is available in the Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP) – Education Sector.

About The Role:
* Candidates must have at least 5 years of industry experience, including:
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining ICT infrastructure in schools, supporting staff and students, and administering complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools;
* Administer and support school networks and server environments;
* Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments;
* Collaborate with school leadership teams and deliver ICT professional development when required.
Required Skills:
* Hyper-V virtualization administration;
* Administration of Windows and Linux-based servers;
* Cloud service administration (Google Workspace & Microsoft 365);
* Mobile Device Management (MDM) deployment and administration;
* Advanced enterprise networking (Cisco & HP switching);
* Cisco wireless technologies (controllers, APs);
* SOE and image deployment, with advanced troubleshooting skills;
* Experience supporting large fleets of desktops and notebooks;
* Experience with 1:1 and BYOD device planning, deployment, and management;
* Strong technical documentation skills.
