National Workforce is seeking experienced Pick Packers with a background in luxury fashion, handbags, accessories, or high-end retail logistics to join our client based in Marsden Park .

About the Role In this hands-on and fast-paced position, reporting to the Team Leader, you will work with premium and delicate products, ensuring every order is handled with care and precision.
Your day will include : Accurately picking products based on order requirements Using RF scanners to locate, scan, and process items Packing luxury goods with exceptional attention to detail Completing quality checks to ensure all items meet brand standards Processing returns through client-specific systems Restocking and maintaining organised inventory levels Following strict safety and handling procedures Working with high-end handbags, fashion accessories, and designer items daily What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you will bring : Minimum 6 months experience in pick packing, ideally within fashion, luxury retail, handbags, cosmetics, footwear, or accessories Strong RF scanning experience High attention to detail when handling premium products Solid understanding of WHS practices A positive attitude and reliable work ethic Ability to work both independently and within a team Why This Role Stands Out This is an incredible opportunity for candidates who take pride in handling beautiful, high-quality products and thrive in a clean, modern logistics environment.
