The Role
You'll take charge of all pre-construction costing and help ensure every project stays commercially aligned In Full + On Time.
Key focuses:
Build accurate cost plans and maintain cost targets
Analyse design decisions and highlight risks early
Maintain and improve internal rate libraries and benchmarks
Lead GMP budgets, tender reviews and value engineering options
Support PMs/CAs during design, construction and close-out
Capture lessons learned and feed them into future tenders and standards

Senior Estimator with residential or multi-res experience
Skilled in cost plans, tender reviews, GMP models and D&C delivery
Commercially minded and confident challenging design assumptions

Detail-driven, proactive, and thrives in high-demand environments
