Requirements*
We are seeking an individual looking to build upon their HR career foundations as our HR Officer. Under the guidance of the HR Manager, you will bring your passion for HR to this exciting opportunity. This is the perfect opportunity to build your generalist skillset and develop as the business continues to grow.

Duties include but are not limited to: *

Produce and maintain human resource-related documents, reports and records
- Undertake recruitment and onboarding activities
- Assist with return-to-work requirements
- Support the provision of our benefits program
- Coordinate training and development initiatives and maintain employee records
- Assist the HR Manager with employee relations matters
- Consult with employees at various levels of the business on HR matters to ensure compliance requirements and employee engagement
- Create reports on key department performance indicators
- Assist with HR related projects

Skills and Experience*
This role will suit a recent graduate (or soon-to-graduate) looking to develop their knowledge in a role that will grow as you do. You will bring:

Tertiary qualification in HR (or working towards)
- Prior experience and/or confidence with consulting with stakeholders across varying levels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of HR legislation and processes
