Description Create your best future and join Westpac as a Third Party - Commissions Specialist. What’s the role? This role sits at the heart of how commissions are managed across Westpac’s Third Party business. You’ll be responsible for processing commission payments accurately and on time, responding to commission related queries and supporting clear, consistent reporting. You’ll partner closely with teams across Sales, Operations and Finance, helping maintain strong financial controls and contributing to continuous improvements in how commissions are processed. You’ll also get involved in change initiatives, bringing your ideas and expertise to help shape better outcomes for the business. This is a full time role with flexible working options. The preferred location is Barangaroo Sydney Warrane, Gadigal Country. If you enjoy working with numbers, building strong relationships and seeing work through from start to finish, this role could be a great fit. What do I need? • Experience processing financial transactions or working in a finance or operations environment • Confidence working with data, reconciliations and reporting, including Excel • Ability to understand and apply policies, processes and agreements • Clear written and verbal communication skills and confidence responding to stakeholder queries • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and ownership of outcomes Why join us?
