Project Manager – Infrastructure (Contract) Location: Strathpine, QLD Rate: $59–$63 per hour + Super Contract: 6 months (view to extend) Start: ASAP We are currently partnering with a large government organisation seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a high-volume infrastructure and asset delivery program.
This role will suit a senior, technically strong Project Manager who can confidently manage complex, multi-disciplinary construction projects from planning through to delivery within a compliance-driven environment.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects, including: Bridges, sporting facilities, roads, stormwater and community buildings Managing contracts and consultants across procurement, construction, defects and maintenance phases Driving approvals processes and resolving complex construction issues Providing specialist engineering advice and ensuring compliance with legislation, Australian Standards and WH S requirements Managing budgets and assessing progressive payment claims Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes To be successful, you will bring: Proven experience delivering complex construction and infrastructure projects Strong applied engineering knowledge with the ability to clearly present technical solutions Excellent time management, organisation and communication skills Confidence working in a structured, governance-focused environment Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management (or similar) Current White Card Current C-Class Driver's Licence Why Apply?
