The Risk Assurance and Advisory team support Commodities and Global Markets Finance globally in managing non-financial risks through governance and monitoring, providing risk advisory support, assurance reviews, attestation activities, and training. You will work closely with our Product Control and Independent Valuations teams to provide valuable insights to assist in driving improvement initiatives, supporting our Commodities and Global Markets finance stakeholders on the ongoing compliance of our policies, standards, and frameworks. You will be responsible for the global risk and assurance activities, including monitoring and governance, as our team provides the finance leadership team with a specific focus on Product Control and Independent Valuation. Furthermore, you will gain exposure to senior leaders in Macquarie and collaborate with key stakeholders across the Financial Management Group and Risk Management Group. What you offer Chartered accountant background with 5+ years experience in a Product Control or Independent Valuations role Experience in internal audit, controls based external audit or similar assurance roles and good understanding of financial markets product A control mindset and ability to identify and mitigate control gaps Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines A strong communicator with solid stakeholder management skills and a willingness to learn with good attention to detail.
