- **HEO 6 Base Salary $103,185 - $111,237 + 17% superannuation**
**About the opportunity**
The **Research Officer**will support the development of a programme of research on gender equality in workplaces, labour market and economy. This role will assist the mobilisation of newly awarded contracts and grants, assist with issues encountered during the life of the grant or contract, and support internal grants and schemes.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- support the creation and planning of the research program, including benchmarking, gap analysis, strategic documentation and funding proposals in collaboration with the Chief Investigator
- conduct literature reviews, data collection, coding and analysis; prepare reports, maintain databases, and ensure timely progress within budget.
- undertake research activities, monitor progress, maintain detailed records and liaise with collaborators to support the research agenda
- develop and manage research outputs including publications, presentations and submissions for academic, industry and community audiences
- ensure compliance with ethics, WHS and regulatory standards.
**About you**
- a Bachelor's degree or a combination of training and experience
- project management experience in a research environment, with contracts and research systems experience
- strong problem-solving skills, with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
