**Senior Construction Role**
This opportunity is perfect for an experienced construction professional who is looking to take on a leadership position in our Western Australia team.
* Supervise trades and monitor progress towards project milestones
* Develop forecasts of monthly revenue based on project completion dates
* Create and manage project schedules
* Evaluate and ensure quality assurance and adherence to all relevant health, safety and security standards
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and effectively manage budgets to deliver exceptional outcomes
* Work closely with the procurement team to onboard and manage subcontractors and suppliers
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in construction supervision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interpret plans and drawings. They should also have a thorough understanding of relevant building codes and Australian standards.
