**About This Role**:
In this role, you will prepare and update theatre lists, manage changes, and support accurate scheduling with the Nurse Unit Manager. You'll attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions. Daily tasks include auditing theatre data for accuracy, answering staff queries, supporting correct data entry, and providing reports to assist with decision-making. We require someone with experience in health administration
**About You**:
- Ability to manage patient bookings and coordinate theatre list
- You thrive on building relationships and rapport with stakeholders
- Strong Administration back ground with Health being preferred

With strong attention to detail, you ensure data is precise and tasks are completed thoroughly. You're an effective problem-solver, able to think on your feet and handle challenges calmly and efficiently.
Clear and professional in your communication, you're comfortable working with a wide range of staff and teams. You're well-organised, able to manage and prioritise your workload, and work confidently both independently and as part of a team. You're also highly skilled in Excel and confident using data and digital tools to support day-to-day operations

**Requirements**:
Relevant Health Administrative/ data qualifications and/or equivalent experience.
