What you'll do?
We are looking for a Service Desk Technician who is passionate about providing technical assistance across Apple and Windows environments. This role involves supporting a high volume of daily requests, managing end-user expectations, and delivering clear, timely communication throughout the support lifecycle.
* Handle support requests per day in a fast-paced service desk environment.
* Diagnose, analyse, and resolve technical issues using structured troubleshooting processes.
* Track, update, and progress assigned tasks through to resolution using ticketing systems.
* Communicate clearly with end users regarding issue status, resolution timelines, and next steps.
* Manager and support devices using Jamf and Microsoft Intune.
What you'll bring?
* Demonstrated experience in an L1/2 Service Desk or Help Desk role.
* Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
* Experience supporting both Apple and Windows operating systems.
* Solid troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast paced, team-based environment.
What else do you need to apply?
* Have the ability to work on-site at our clients office in Varsity Lakes.
* Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check.
