Enterprise Sales Manager Role Overview

* Key Responsibilities:
o Achieving sales targets and consultative selling.

* Sales:
o Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed new sales targets, driving growth in key markets.
o Consultative Selling & Lead Servicing: Engage in consultative conversations to understand prospects' business needs and how Anchanto can help.
* Business Development:
o Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify and prioritize high-potential enterprise prospects in the retail and logistics sectors.
o Collaboration with Marketing & Cross-Department Teams: Work closely with internal teams to build outreach programs targeting specific industries and customer types.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 10+ years of demonstrated experience in B2B software sales.
* Experience selling to CXOs in FMCG/CPG, Cosmetics, Consumer Electronics, Fashion, Footwear, and Logistics industries.
* Familiarity with the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, solutioning, and deal structuring.
