Job Description
Position Objectives
The purpose of the role of Team Leader Reception Northern Mallee is to plan, direct and co-ordinate the work of the reception team in designated Northern Mallee Offices to ensure safe, smooth and efficient operation of all aspects of reception. This position will also be responsible for the reception team training, induction of new staff and will be required to provide regular supervision, annual performance reviews and professional development plans for all staff.
The Team Leader Reception Northern Mallee is expected to be supportive to their team, act with integrity at all times and lead by example with particular reference to promoting excellence in customer service and communication with our clients, stakeholders, volunteers, visitors, contractors, and staff.
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications and Experience:
* A qualification in Administration or Business and experience in office or business procedures, administration, and reception.
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Leadership and managing a team.
* A current drivers licence, a willingness to travel and preparedness to be accommodated overnight when required.
