Job Description
No prior optical experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel supported and confident in providing exceptional customer experiences.
We have been caring for Australians and New Zealanders for over 80 years, guiding customers through styling and personalising high-fashion frames from luxury brands like Ray-Ban, PRADA, Gucci, and more.
Key Responsibilities
* Coach, motivate, and guide your team to achieve store targets.

* Proven track record as a sales leader with strong achievements within KPI structures.
* Excellent problem-solving ability and relationship-building skills.
* Effective time management and organisational skills.
* Previous leadership experience, preferably in retail.
