Bottrell Accountants, Tax Agents & Financial Planning are currently recruiting for a full-time Receptionist & Admin Assistant.
Our office is located at 93 Lawes St, East Maitland.
We are recruiting for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant; this will be a learning & development role.
To be considered, you must be prepared to complete a Certificate in Admin, Bookkeeping, or Accounting.
Otherwise, you are currently enrolled in, undertaking, or have almost completed a certificate.

The Role
* The role involves answering and directing incoming calls on a busy switchboard.
* Maintaining the reception area and office supplies
* Scheduling Appointments.
* Support to the Directors & Management Team.,
* Providing 5 Star customer service to all stakeholders, willing to go the extra mile to assist
* Administration Support, including data entry, filing and general office support.
* Using programs such as Xero, Timely & Office 365.
* Coordination of Tax Records for Clients.
* Photocopying & Scanning.
* Processing Mail.
