Job Title: Accounts Payable and Procurement Officer
Role Overview:
* This key role ensures the effective management of financial transactions, supporting operational efficiency and compliance.
* The Accounts Payable and Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable transactions using ProSpend and MYOB Advanced, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
* The officer will assist with vendor setup and maintenance, including accurate and up-to-date master data in the finance system.
* The officer will support budget holders by coordinating orders, resolving supplier queries, and providing guidance on purchasing procedures.
* The role involves developing and maintaining procurement systems that promote value for money and sustainable purchasing practices.
* The officer will provide regular procurement support to staff across the organization.
* The officer will identify and implement improvements to procurement and accounts payable processes.
Key Responsibilities:
