 
        
        Based in beautiful Burleigh Heads, we are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team! The ideal candidate would be driven by high standards and genuinely passionate about food. Experience in all aspects of the kitchen is essential and experience in handling stock and ordering are preferred.
The position of Chef will include the following duties:
- Preparing/cooking and presenting a high standard food at all time.
- Working with the Head Chef and Venue Manager to create and develop new menus and daily specials.
- Ensuring food safety procedures and standards are followed at all times.
- Effective stock control and inventory, including the ordering of and receiving of goods.
- Shifts may be spread over breakfast, lunch and dinner services and the position includes weekend work.

Minimum Qualification
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
- Minimum 1-2 years experience
